Refund Policy for VELTM TOURS PVT LTD

We understand that travel plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for bookings made with VELTM TOURS PVT LTD.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a ₹2,000 processing fee per person, subject to airline and hotel refund policies.
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded, subject to airline and hotel refund policies.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund, unless the airline and hotel policies allow partial refunds.
- No-show: No refund.
2. Cancellation by VELTM TOURS
- If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, insufficient bookings), customers will receive:
- A full refund, or
- An option to reschedule the tour for a future date.
3. Partial Refunds
- Unused services (e.g., missed meals, skipped sightseeing tours) are non-refundable.
- If a customer cuts short their trip voluntarily, no partial refund will be provided.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be made in writing to [Insert Email].
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Visa rejections or incomplete travel documents.
- Denied boarding due to late arrival or non-compliance with airline requirements.
- Personal reasons such as illness, last-minute change of mind, or job-related conflicts (travel insurance is recommended for such cases).
6. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (e.g., war, pandemic, extreme weather), VELTM TOURS reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion or offer an alternative itinerary.
