1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment or a specified deposit.
  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
  • Any balance must be paid before the start of the tour. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Customer Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: Full refund (minus processing fees).
    • Cancellations made 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  • Company Cancellations:
    • If VELTM TOURS cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Travel Documents

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents.
  • VELTM TOURS is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.

4. Insurance

  • We highly recommend customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost belongings.
  • VELTM TOURS is not responsible for any personal losses, injuries, or damages during the trip.

5. Health and Safety

  • Customers must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs.
  • VELTM TOURS reserves the right to refuse participation if a traveler’s health condition may endanger others.

6. Liability

  • VELTM TOURS acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, transport). We are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions by these third parties.
  • We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, strikes, or other force majeure events.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Customers must behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, guides, and locals.
  • VELTM TOURS reserves the right to remove disruptive travelers without a refund.

8. Changes to Itinerary

  • VELTM TOURS reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or local restrictions.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to offer alternatives of equal value.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (text, images, logos) is the property of VELTM TOURS and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chandigarh India.
